Find a nice quiet and comfortable place to lie down or sit back for approximately 10 minutes, such as a bed, sofa, or floor. If it's your first time using the Kurvo NeckStretchPro, position the convex side toward your head for a gentle stretch.
Bend your knees and place your hands beside your head.
Once you're in a comfortable position, allow your neck to settle further into the support while taking slow, deep breaths to promote relaxation. If lying on your back, keep your eyes looking straight up at the ceiling. If reclining, ensure your head maintains the same position relative to your back. Notice how the support reinforces your posture and gradually relieves tension in your neck, back, and shoulder muscles as your posture becomes more aligned.
Shift your position lightly every few minutes to prevent localized fatigue. You can always return to your favorite positions later. If you need more neck support, adjust the Kurvo NeckStretchPro so that the concave side is toward your head, providing a stronger stretch.
Start slowly, using the gentle support level for 5 minutes. If it feels comfortable, you can extend your session for an additional 5 minutes. Gradually increase the duration as you become more accustomed to the device.

People who have a cervical spine that is too straight or even displaced should use the product for 8-10 minutes at a time. Use it once or twice a day, midday and evening before bed. Don’t be hasty.
